Here we are on Friday night, my first time ever with a runway show. The models were thrilled to present the Santa Fe Collection and they did an awesome job!

Many more images to come, and I'm exhausted, but we really rocked our first runway show!
As a designer, there's nothing better than having your designs see the light of day, being modeled by beautiful and enthusiastic models. I couldn't have asked for a better group.
Join me this afternoon at Gallery 901 for Santa Fe Fashion Week's Shop 'n Stroll. Open to the public, free of charge. We'll have models modelling my scarves and nearby galleries will feature the other talented designers from Santa Fe Fashion Week.

My new Tuxedo Collection of silk scarves has arrived from The Silk Bureau. This collection will debut on Saturday night, October 17th, on the runway at Santa Fe Fashion Week.
My new banner from APG Exhibits arrived a few days ago. I put off opening the package because I thought there was "adult assembly" required. I allotted time this afternoon to put it together. Well, I have the rest of the afternoon off because all I had to do was open the package, pull out the banner and attach the pole - it took less than 3 minutes. Fantastic!
The Silk Bureau has updated their website, and it is just beautiful!

I'm thrilled to announce that Kathy Beal Signature is now part of The Catalogues family, a luxury catalogue that is widely distributed in the southwest. I will have a full page ad in the new catalogue coming out later this month:
The first night on the runway at the upcoming Santa Fe Fashion Week will feature the Santa Fe Collection. There will be a few surprises and new additions as well, so stay tuned! Also getting some of the promotional materials in order...
I've been spending lots of time getting ready for this year's Santa Fe Fashion Week, where I'll have my debut as a designer.
I'm working on my new Black and White Collection. Here is a new design for a large wrap - final wrap will be approx. 36" x 90". Made of 100% silk Georgette. What do you think?
